Security Governance Architect II, Cloud Computing Technologies Agile Development Labor Rate is responsible for designing and improving security strategy, architecture, and platform within an organization. Ensures effective security governance strategy planning and provides guidance and suggestions on matters related to cyber security and privacy compliance for business operations and management activities to ensure that all organization’s activities are in line with the requirements of laws and regulations. Collaborates with other members of the security governance architect team to design and improve cloud security and privacy compliance and risk governance system within the organizational environment. Balances the roles of the incident manager and intelligence by researching cybersecurity and privacy protection compliance standards, laws and regulation in the industry, mapping and updating them into the appropriate organization’s security governance system. Measures and evaluates risk management and compliance situation of the organization. May have 6-10 years of experience in this field, with a minimum of one year of satisfactory full-time professional experience in an IT department or intelligence environment in one or a combination of the following: department of information technology & services, computer software, computer science, homeland security, telecommunication, engineering, architecture, emergency management, staffing & recruiting, or any other specialized field related to security and privacy protection. Have a strong technical background in understanding special requirements for cloud security and privacy protection. May be experienced in public cloud security compliance and risk governance and proficient in relevant operating systems such as Python, C++, Java, etc. Showcases excellent writing and communication skills, as well as killed at establishing and maintaining cross-department cooperation. Familiars with relevant laws and safety standards of security and privacy protection such as GDPR, ISO 27001, Cobit, NIST-CSF, NIST 800-39, or FAIR. Have relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, GIAC, and so on. Works with other members of the development department to design effective security governance systems to safeguard all the activities of the organization. Supports security operations across the entire organizational spectrum and reports to the Senior Security Governance Architect.
