Core skills required includes; expertise across a variety of security products including firewalls, encrypted tokens, API information security and virus protection. Working familiarity with at least one other microservice language and a willingness to work in a polyglot development environment. Thorough understanding of REST and web technology. Experience with cloud technology (AWS preferred) and designing solutions that leverage its unique advantages. The commercial ability to provide cost-effective security solutions. Outstanding communication skills, the ability to translate complex IT matters to those without an IT background.
