Sensor Programmer I, Cloud Computing Technologies Agile Development Labor Rate is responsible for all technical expertise relating to sensor programming. Write, test, and modify programs and codes that direct the activity of a variety of sensors to continuously respond to different kinds of variables. Their expertise is used in feeding information to computers to process so that the correct information will be displayed to whoever is controlling the system. Program positional sensors to sense the displacement of a variety of components, including those that are involved with moving control surfaces, braking, and even lowering the gear. Carry out performance tests for the sensor programs and record the procedure for future references. Install, program, and carry out simulation tests on different types of sensors such as ground testing, vibration, flight testing, and other components. Work on programming different types of sensors used for different uses six as Pressure Sensors, Force Sensors, Position Sensors, Temperature Sensors, Vibration Sensors, and other scanners and systems. Work with the Sensor Programming team to design every sensor in a device in such a way that they continue to function properly without failing. May have a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering and other related certifications. May have 2-5 years of experience in a closely related field. Have experience working with various models of sensor controllers such as Xetal-II. Proficient in sensor setup, electrical troubleshooting, and sensor networks. Versatile and proficient at mechanics, electrical programming, and robotic cognition. Proficient in relevant computer programming languages such as C/C++, Python, Java, C#/.NET, MATLAB, Octave; and comfortable with learning any new programming languages that may be required.
