Have a good understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming (XP), and Adaptive Project Framework (APF); and implement the most suitable for each project. Conduct regular Agile ceremonies such as standups, retrospectives, sprints and sprint planning; and ensure that the project team produces an optimum number of deliverables within stipulated deadlines. Have proven experienced in providing excellent customer service. Possess great oral and written communication skills, supreme documentation skills, and foster a healthy relationship between team members in the Agile Software Development Team. Hold team members accountable for project delivery commitment. Work with project manager to provide regular updates to stakeholders on issues, risks, present project status and accomplishments. Have the responsibility of ensuring that all software was debugged prior to deployment and that they stayed free of bugs after deployment. Coordinate subordinates’ activities and report directly to the Managing Director.
