Cloud Computing Technologies AI (CCT AI) is seeking a Data Engineer to support US Space Force, Missile Defense Agency (MDA), AFRL, and Department of Defense space mission systems. Our engineers develop data pipelines, mission data platforms, and analytics infrastructure supporting satellite operations, missile warning, and operational intelligence.
This role focuses on building and maintaining secure, scalable cloud and mission data platforms supporting space domain awareness, sensor analytics, and AI-enabled defense systems.
This opportunity is ideal for engineers with experience supporting US Space Force, Space Command, MDA, AFRL, or other Federal space and defense programs.

Responsibilities as a Data Engineer
- Design and develop data pipelines supporting space and missile defense systems
- Build scalable cloud and mission data platforms
- Integrate satellite, sensor, and mission system data
- Support machine learning and analytics systems
- Develop ETL and data integration workflows
- Support real-time and batch data processing systems
- Collaborate with AI engineers and mission teams
- Deploy data systems into secure DoD environments
- Optimize data platform performance and reliability
- Support cloud data platform architecture
- Develop automation supporting data platform operations
- Document engineering processes and system architecture
Qualifications and Requirements
- Active DoD Cleared
- Experience supporting US Space Force, MDA, AFRL, or DoD programs
- Strong Python, SQL, or data engineering experience
- Experience building data pipelines and ETL systems
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Oracle Cloud
- Experience supporting production data systems
- Experience integrating enterprise or mission systems
- Understanding of data engineering architecture
- Experience working with large-scale datasets
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
