Castillo Technologies Awarded Basic Ordering Agreement with U.S. Army Contracting Agency

Chandler, AZ — February 4, 2003 — Castillo Technologies, LLC announced that it was awarded a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) by the U.S. Army Contracting Agency (ACA) in support of mission and operational requirements at White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico.

The BOA establishes a contractual framework under which federal agencies may issue future orders to Castillo Technologies for qualifying services and solutions within the scope of the agreement. The BOA became effective February 4, 2003, and remains available for use by authorized government organizations in accordance with applicable acquisition procedures.

The Basic Ordering Agreement was awarded under Contract No. DABJ47-03-G-0002 and is administered by the U.S. Army Contracting Agency at White Sands Missile Range.

Under the terms of the BOA, Castillo Technologies is eligible to support a broad range of information technology and systems engineering services, including but not limited to:

• Systems engineering and design
• Network integration and security
• Software development and training services
• Mission-critical communications and infrastructure support

Orders issued under the BOA may be awarded using firm-fixed-price or cost-reimbursement structures, with pricing and delivery schedules established at the task order level.
