Senior Security Governance Architect, Cloud Computing Technologies Agile Development Labor Rate aligns the governance security strategy with other functions in and outside of the organization. Creates and maintains security architectures and helps monitor and coordinate the implementation of governance security requirements on a global level to meet specific security objectives. Team-up with other functional units of the organization to drive security innovations, processes, strategies, and technologies into operations by offering adequate guidance and supervision to organization’s business departments from strategic to technical level. Offers strategic advice to domain architects, enterprise architects, IT business and other security operation units in identifying, justifying and design/development of the required solutions, as well as providing input to support the strategic decision-making processes. May have Bachelor’s degree and/or MSc from any accredited institution in a relevant course of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience. May have more than 11 years of experience in this field, with a minimum of one year of satisfactory full-time professional experience in an IT department or intelligence environment in one or a combination of the following: department of information technology & services, computer software, computer science, homeland security, telecommunication, engineering, architecture, emergency management, staffing & recruiting, or any other specialized field related to security and privacy protection. Have a strong technical background of C, C++, and other relevant programming languages on Linux/Unix operating systems. Showcases past experience designing and developing usable and reliable security tools in a professional setting or open source and in-depth understanding of tools for automating software development lifecycles. Demonstrates high knowledge-level working with message bus and distributed computing architectures including Hadoop, Kafka, MQ, etc., as well as vast experience leveraging data to define, present and drive decision-making processes and enforcing security policies on a large-scale basis. Work closely with other units to setup, build, and maintain a sustainable network consisting of specialists within and outside the organizational environments. Have adequate understanding of relevant laws and safety standards of security and privacy protection such as GDPR, ISO 27001, Cobit, NIST-CSF, NIST 800-39, or FAIR and boasts relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, and/or GIAC. Coordinates the activities of Security Governance Architect I, II, and III on behalf of the organization.
