Capable of coming up with effective solutions to existing problems the organization has with regulatory agencies and develop policies that will prevent future violations. Frequently file paperwork with the regulatory agencies as scheduled. Analyze potential risks within specific areas of a company in order to avoid compliance issues. May have a Bachelor’s degree in law, business administration, or a related field to the specific industry concerned. May have 11 or more years of working experience in a similar role or industry. Prepare external audit response and follow-up supporting documentation and pro-active corrective action status reports to clients. Coordinate and/or oversee SOP management process, including SOP/WI list maintenance and tracking, training, quality control, and bi-annual revision schedule. Interpret and train management and staff on industry regulations. Review and develop methods to enforce compliance with standards or regulations imposed by professional organizations, governmental agencies, and the company’s internal guidelines. Compile company and staff compliance status reports for review by Senior Management. Offer advice to management on the organization’s compliance. Ensure all employees are updated on new regulations and seek ways to resolve employee problems about compliance. Highly-analytical, pays great attention to details, and have excellent oral and written communication skills.
