Will be the most senior member of the Information Technology (IT) department. Charged with the responsibility of researching and recommending the best technologies that should be incorporated into the organization. May have at least 15 years of experience in information technology, project management, customer interaction, risk assessment and management, Master Data Strategy, cybersecurity, SaaS platforms (DBMS, Netsuite, GIS), business leadership/administration, and so on. Possess the knowledge of information security software development and deployment. Blast of a superb written and verbal communication and good interpersonal skills. Build solid relationships with the other top executives and clients, ensuring that they see the benefits of the integration of information technology. Lead, mentor, and train lower-level information security associates in the organization. Proven to be a good talent manager. Analyze and assess the costs and benefits of the organization’s information and technology systems and identify room for improvements. Set the objectives of the IT systems and how they can best boost organization’s growth. Prepare the budget of the IT department. Reports to the CEO.
