Castillo Technologies Awarded U.S. Navy SeaPort-e Multiple Award Contract


Prime contractor supporting multiple U.S. Navy systems commands under the SeaPort-e multiple-award contract vehicle


CHANDLER, Ariz. — January 26, 2009 — Castillo Technologies, LLC, a Chandler-based information technology professional services firm, announced today that it has been awarded a U.S. Navy SeaPort-e Multiple Award Contract, Contract No. N00178-09-D-5681, enabling the company to provide a broad range of engineering and technical services across the Department of the Navy and the Department of Defense.

Under the SeaPort-e contract vehicle, Castillo Technologies is authorized to support task orders issued by Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP), Military Sealift Command (MSC), Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC), Strategic Systems Programs (SSP), the Office of Naval Research (ONR), the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), and the United States Marine Corps.

The government estimates that up to $5.3 billion per year in services may be procured through task orders issued under the SeaPort-e program.

Castillo Technologies provides systems engineering and design, networking, IT support services, help desk operations, telecommunications and cabling, security systems, product procurement, and project management services to federal and commercial clients.
