LR027 DevSecOps Terraform Engineer III

DevSecOps Terraform Engineer III, Cloud Computing Technologies Agile Development Labor Rate architects, develops, and implements innovative software solutions to enhance DevOps capabilities and ensure the robust transformation of the enterprise. Ensures company information security systems, processes, and procedures in order to secure and maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all data and security infrastructure. Works closely with other functional security teams to conduct reviews of Cloud & Network infrastructure, Systems infrastructure, Application configuration, Software deployment, risk assessment, security threats and keeps up to date documentation of all security related tasks. Assists in developing and implementing comprehensive CI/CD pipelines with development and operations teams, clients, and other stakeholders of the organization. Have a comprehensive knowledge related to information security principles and controls and special ability to design security architecture for infrastructure projects. May have 11 or more years of experience in this field, in addition to one year of satisfactory full-time professional experience in an IT or security operations environment in one or a combination of the following: cybersecurity, computer science, information security, engineering, information technology, and any other specialized area related to the information security field. Possesses strong technical background in network protocols such as DNS, DHCP, SMTP, and/or HTTP, with in-depth knowledge of networking including subnetting, routing protocol, and LAN WiFi, as well as vast understanding of cloud provided environments such as AWS, Azure, GCP, etc. Participates in managing, configuring, patching, upgrading, and troubleshooting various systems including Firewalls, IPS/IDS Systems, Linux Servers (such as AWS Linux), Configuration Management Tools (such as Puppet, Terraform), Mac, Windows, Endpoint Security Systems, and Security Information and Event Management System. Proficient in relevant computer scripting/programming languages such as Python and/or Bash and compiled languages such as C, Go, and/or Java, and comfortable with and troubleshooting in a heterogeneous operating environment. Plans security systems to ensure proper preventive, detective, and reactive controls implementation in order to meet security requirements. Possesses relevant security certifications such as CISSP, Microsoft Azure Security Engineer Associate, AWS Certified Security, CEH, and other related certifications. Reports to the Senior DevSecOps Terraform Engineer.
