Microservices Architect III, Cloud Computing Technologies Agile Development Labor Rate ensures the design and implementation of microservices based solutions, strategy and adoption process are in line with the organizational goals and objectives. Develops integrated solutions and collaborates with defined IT systems to solve complex business solutions by taking into account operational costs, security, performance engineering, application development, and systems management. Defines performance requirements for products and platforms to ensure all the system interactions and performance are considered during the requirement gathering phase, including analysis, architecture, design, implementation, coding, testing, deployment, and customer configuration. May have 11 or more years of experience in this field, with at least one year of satisfactory full-time professional experience in microservices architecture environment in one or a combination of the following: Department of computer science, service governance & policy management, service security management & enforcement, metadata management, data processing & related data security concepts, information technology, software engineering, business administration, enterprise risk management, or any other specialized areas related to Microservices architecture. Have extensive experience in the eCommerce domain based on Microservices architecture, as well as scalable engineering platforms. Proficient in server-side development utilizing any server-side technology (such as Java) and relational database systems such as SQL and MS SQL. Demonstrates strong Java/J2EE development background including Core Java (1.5 or above), Spring, Hibernate, ESB, Web Services, JMS and other related J2EE technologies for large complex systems. Possesses hands-on experience in utilizing Unified Modelling Language (UML) for solution design for developing high volume and large-scale distributed systems. Works with other members of the microservices development team in evaluating and defining all the security considerations in architecture and overall system and performance related solutions and design for the organizational environment. Establishes and maintains a good relationship and interaction with sales teams, business analyst teams, and clients in order to ensure effective system interactions and performance throughout the requirement gathering phase. Reports to the Senior Microservices Architect.
