Work with microservices developers in reviewing currently existing microservices and monolithic architectures, assess the possibility and inherent benefits of service decomposition, choose the right the right microservices architecture that suits organizational requirements, and draw-up the timeline for gradual microservices adoption. Assess project progress, review project success at every critical stage using automated testing strategies, and identify and make recommendations on areas that need improvement. Capable of using various open source application development tools such as Spring Boot, Kubernetes, Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Docker, Azure Service Fabric, and so on; in accomplishing the set goals of attaining better operational efficiency. May hold a bachelor or master’s degree in related technical fields such as computer science, computer engineering, mathematics, and computer programming. May have 11 or more years of experience in the microservices technology development field, with demonstrable experience in software design and development, software architecture, data analytics, database deployment, and microservices development. Familiar with developer workflow technologies such as Git, Slack, Jenkins, Crucible, and JIRA. Have demonstrable experience of using scripting languages such as Node JS and Python. Work under the guidance of the Senior Microservices Consultant. Collate and analyze data collected from customers, member of staff, clients, and other groups of end users in order to take informed decisions relating to the strategy adoption for implementing any microservices program. Demonstrate innovative, creative, and problem-solving abilities. Able to communicate and explain the functionalities of the currently-existing or newly-planned microservices applications to both technical and non-technical audience. Help build a collection of microservices applications that simplify every phase of product manufacturing, product distribution, product sale, or services rendering, services marketing, and services sales.
