LR022 DevSecOps Security Architect II

DevSecOps Security Architect II, Cloud Computing Technologies Agile Development Labor Rate, under adequate supervision, design, create, and authenticate applications security and development pipelines. Searches for the best way to maintain safe servers, secured networks, and protected cloud environments. Provides tools that gives deep knowledge into preventing security threats and means for remediating potential risks within the system, utilizing automation that aids in swift remediation of issues as they arise. Required to ensure the prevention of vulnerable codes and applications from being deployed in addition to diminishing threats in deployed containerized applications. Increases applications deployment while also ensuring compliance and maintenance of the best security practices. Performs automated code analysis, compliance monitoring, threat investigation, and vulnerability assessments. May have 6-10 years of experience in the field and at least one year of satisfactory professional experience in DevSecOps environment in one or a combination of the following; data processing, software programming, software engineering, database management, and any other specialized areas relating to software security architecture. Have better understanding of DevSecOps concepts and possess special ability to drive and communicate change within the organization in line with DevSecOps methodology and ethics. May have a degree in computer science, computer engineering, mathematics, cybersecurity, or any other related specialized fields and/or security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, and/or GIAC. Have proven proficiency in programming or scripting languages such as PHP, Perl, Ruby, Python, JavaScript, etc. Have an understanding of programs such as Puppet, Chef, ThreatModeler, Checkmarx, Immunio; as well as orchestration tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, or Amazon web Service (AWS) etc. Possess an excellent working knowledge of LINUX, Unix, and Windows tools and basic management skills. Experienced in software integration with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI, CD) pipelines. Works under the direction guidance of the Senior DevSecOps Security Architect.
